  We recently purchased a leather motion rocker recliner. When delivered it had poorly sewn seams, the leg rest did not lay flat when closed and a leather edge was rubbed off. The chair is NOT all leather; is what they call a "leather match" in the areas where the body touches. We were terribly disappointed as we paid $1,200 for what we thought would be an all leather recliner. Customer Service said all sales final for custom orders not even willing to make an exchange for a better model. Our experience was a high price for turned out to be a low quality furniture!
